Solar PV panels installed on a UK domestic pitched roof

Solar PV engineered for your roof

Every roof is different. We design the array, the mounting system and the electrical layout around your property, not around a standard package.

Solar PV converts daylight into electricity your home uses first, cutting what you buy from the grid. Getting real long-term performance depends on panel selection, string design, inverter sizing, shading analysis and, critically, the mounting system holding it all to your roof for the next 25 years.

Mounting styles

The right mounting system for your property

We install every common mounting style in the UK, chosen to suit roof construction, aesthetics, planning and wind loading.

On-Roof Mounted

The most common option. Rails fixed to the rafters with weather-sealed hooks and panels mounted just above the tiles or slates.

In-Roof (Integrated)

Panels sit flush within the roof covering in place of tiles for a sleek, low-profile finish. Ideal for new builds and full re-roofs.

Flat Roof Ballasted

Non-penetrating ballasted A-frames set at optimum tilt, with wind-load calculations and roof membrane protection.

Slate & Tile Hook Systems

Fixing hardware matched to your specific roof covering, plain tile, pantile, slate or metal, to keep the roof watertight.

Ground Mounted

Frames on driven or concrete foundations where roof space, orientation or shading make roof mounting the wrong answer.

Solar Carports & Outbuildings

Generation from carports, garages, barns and workshops, often ideal when paired with EV charging.

How we work

From survey to handover

  • Roof and structural survey
  • Shading and yield analysis
  • Panel and inverter specification
  • Honest performance modelling
  • Scaffold and safe installation
  • Testing and commissioning
  • Monitoring set-up and handover
  • DNO notification and paperwork
  • Aftercare and maintenance

Why it matters

Detail is what makes a system last

Correct String Design

Panels grouped so shading on one part of the roof does not drag down the whole array.

Structural Confidence

Rafter fixings, spans and wind loading checked before a single bracket goes on the roof.

Weathertight Detailing

Flashings, seals and cable entries finished properly so the roof stays as good as it was before.
